New Patient Experience!
Our New Patient experience includes the most comprehensive examination you will ever have! We prepare a treatment room and reserve one-on-one time for you with a treatment coordinator and a dentist. A complete set of dental x-rays including panolipse, and a full mouth series, and intra and extra oral photos will be taken. Your dentist will review your medical and dental history and may ask some additional questions to clarify your concerns. He or She will then examine your mouth screening your gums and soft tissues, examining each tooth, looking at your bite and TMJ, and reviewing your cosmetic concerns. This type of appointment takes about one hour to complete. In some cases where the treatment is complicated or there are several viable treatment options, we may ask you to come back for a complimentary 30 minute consultation at a later date. This gives the doctor some time to put together a customized presentation for treatment options, that best suits your individual needs. You may also invite a spouse or family member to this appointment to help you ask questions and better understand your options.
